Foam Layer - 2” polyethylene foam meets standards for ASTM 2440. The test method quantifies impact in terms of g-max and Head Injury Criterion (HIC) scores. Promotes closed-loop recycling of post-industrial scrap. Contains at least 60% and up to 100% recycled pre-consumer raw material.
Backing - 7/16” Georgia Pacific Blue Ribbon® oriented strand board (OSB); Third-party certified to the Sustainable Forestry Initiative® procurement standard, Exposure 1 bond durability. Contains no added urea formaldehyde resins.
Attachment Styles: Standard (Nailing Margin) - made with 1" gaps at the top and bottom, for attaching pads directly to wall or to furring strips.
Z-clip - made with aluminum Z-clip channels mounted to the back of the pad, near the top and bottom. Allows pads to be hung with opposing Z-clip attached to wall.
