RETURNS-All return goods must be approved in advance, within 15 days, by SPIETH AMERICA. If an order is approved for return, SPIETH America will provide you with a “return authorization” and will assist you with freight arrangements. Credits on returned goods will be issued only after the product has been returned to SPIETH AMERICA in acceptable resale condition. All orders over $2,000 are subject to a 25% restocking fee in addition to all applicable shipping charges. SPIETH AMERICA will not accept returned goods freight collect. Return packaging materials can be supplied for a fee if requested.
